Ann Thompson, MS, LMFT
Whether you are venturing into therapy for the first time or have had therapy in the past and are seeking a new provider, I look forward to hearing about what brings you to Evolving Perspective Mental Health.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples and families. I use a person centered, trauma informed, strength-based approach to therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have extensive experience working with individuals, and their family members, who have experienced trauma, addiction and attachment wounds as well as those experiencing caregiving stress. I work with a wide range of diagnoses and individuals ranging in age from early adolescence through adulthood.
